Opgericht in 1858. Vanaf 1874 (tot nu) in Eindhoven gevestigd. Produceerde o.a. Senator sigaren. In 1969 gedeeltelijk door Philip Morris overgenomen. Productie verplaatst. Micres BV (= M & B) produceert thans nog Mascotte vloeitjes (info PeRee, 2021).
