De Vereniging werd in 1851 opgericht. De is gevestigd in ‘s Gravenhage en telt 10 afdelingen (noot bij Zwierzina-I 0015). NB: dit stempel wijkt af van dat van NEPK0298 (Zwierzina 0200, uit 1871).
